Delivery Information

As a small business, we have elected to be transparent and do not charge for delivery within UK mainland. Some larger or heavier items may incur a cost which we will advise you immediately. 

Our delivery charges, if applied, do not make money, and include the cost of packaging required to get your items to you safely. Wherever possible we avoid the use of plastic, but occasionally there is no sensible alternative.

We aim to use the most effective delivery service for the types of items we sell, and will choose your carrier based on the weight, size and fragility of the items you order.

Our delivery charges apply per order, when applied.

Standard Delivery

The cost of UK Standard Delivery is free.

Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days as we send by Royal Mail 48 Hours service.

Delivery to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and BFPOs is £3.99.
Your order should arrive within 5-7 days.
For most orders we use Royal Mail.

If you have a delivery deadline, we would recommend using our Next Working Day Delivery option which is an extra of £14.99.

If you are not at home, the postman or deliver person will either put the parcel in a secure place and post a card advising you where they have left it, or leave a card asking you to call the nearest post office to arrange another delivery. If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address or a neighbour, please specify a different delivery address at checkout.

Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery

The cost of next working day delivery is £14.99.

We use Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm.

For next day delivery your order should be placed by 11am on the day.

Orders placed after 11am Monday - Thursday will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Orders placed on Friday before 11am will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
This service is only available to UK mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands and the following postcodes: AB1-99, BT1-99, DD8-11, GY1-99, HS1-99, IM1-99, IV1-23, 25-27, 30-32, 36, 40-56, JE1-99, KA27-28, KW1-3, 5-17, PA20-49, 60-78, PH19-26, 30-44, 49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE1-99.)
Any item that is out of stock at the time of sending the Next Working Day Delivery order will follow once back in stock.

Please note that next working day delivery does not include deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Delivery to a different address/gift recipient

If it is more convenient for you, we can deliver to a different address than your own, for example your place of work.
The delivery note will not show prices and we can also add your personal message for a gift.
We will send an order confirmation to your email address.

Delivery to multiple addresses

If you would like to have items sent to different addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be applied to each address.

Orders which contain items temporarily out of stock

When we receive an order, we will immediately dispatch all the items that are available from stock. In the unlikely event of one or more items being out of stock, we will forward these on together as soon as they have all come back into stock.

This minimises the impact on the environment and the inconvenience of multiple parcel deliveries, and also enables us to take pre-orders on out of stock items without extra charge.

Overseas Delivery

We have many customers around the world and are delighted to send orders to most countries outside the UK, via airmail.

Delivery to Europe should take 5-6 working days, and outside Europe 10-14 days.
All deliveries will require a signature.

Please note that outside the EU you may be liable to pay customs duties and taxes. (Some countries however have value thresholds on personal imports below which these are not levied).

Please see the UK DELIVERY notes above for delivery to a different address and multiple addresses, and for orders which may include any item temporarily out of stock.

We regret Next Working Day Delivery is not available outside the UK.

A few of our items cannot be sent outside the UK, for example due to shipping restrictions. We have noted these in the delivery information tab on the product page.

Overseas Delivery Charges

Your delivery charge will be computed automatically based on the weight of the items you order. The charge will show on your online checkout, or be advised to you on the telephone if you have called to place your order.
Online, if your order would weigh more than the weight limits below, you will see a message prompting you to call +44 (0) 208 355 7788 for a delivery quote.
